Event and Outside Catering Service

Terms & Conditions - the not so small print!

All bookings will be regarded as provisional until a signed copy of the confirmation sheet is returned by fax or post to Jemma at MTLC (Fax No: 01642 242019).

Provisional (‘first hold’) bookings will be held for 72 hours awaiting confirmation, after which time the catering reserved will be cancelled.

Final catering numbers will be required 48 hours before the start of your event, together with any special dietary requirements.

Booking Cancellations

In the event of cancellation, the following cancellation charges will apply and extend to the total charge...

	0 - 48 hours prior to event		- 60% of cost
	48+ hours prior to event		- no charge

If the cancelled event is re-booked and takes place within 30 days, cancellation charges may be reduced to an administration charge or waived.
